SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping & Delivery charges are fixed at $20.00 + GST NZ wide.

On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products, unless the customer advises us via telephone within three working days from the date of delivery.

We dispatch our orders via Courier. We anticipate that all deliveries will arrive as specified, however we cannot accept any liability for any delayed or lost deliveries.

Please note: Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, please ensure that the correct information is provided when ordering. If you provide the incorrect address details, your order may be delayed.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you would like to return an item please contact us on 06420 409 29555.  You may be directed to return the item to our suppliers warehouse for quicker resolution of your claim. Please include a covering letter explaining your reasons for return. You can then return the parcel to the advised address, providing it meets the following criteria:

  • Goods must be returned as sold, (i.e. in the original packaging).

  • Certain products will need to be inspected by the manufacturer before we can return the product to you.

  • Please note: You must organise the return the items at your expense. Returns cannot be accepted without prior contact. If the return is due to a faulty product, or a mistake on our part, courier collection can be arranged. This is entirely at our discretion and cannot be requested.

ORDERING

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 days.  

If there is a problem with your order (if the product is out of stock, if there is a problem with your payment) you will be contacted as soon as possible. This contact will be either email or via telephone.

All images of products are purely for illustration only. We cannot accept responsibility for any difference between the image on the website and the actual appearance of the product.

You can pay by Internet Banking, Paypal or by Visa or MasterCard . In an endeavour to ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit details will be processed by DPS Payment Express.

If the order is part dispatched (i.e. more than one delivery is required) you will only ever pay one delivery charge.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Full payment must be made either by Internet Banking, Direct Credit or by credit card via DPS from your Visa or Master Card before we dispatch your order. Customers with Accounts must pay by the 20th of the month following invoice. Late payments will be registered with a credit agency and all charges and fees charged by Guardian Credit Services, in relation to the debt collection, will be charged to the customer’s account.

GST invoices are supplied with all orders.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

To cancel your order you must contact us via 06420 409 29555 (8.00am to 4.00pm daily).

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You can update your account information by simply logging in and making the required changes.
